Ryan Kilby - Chair of the Proprietary Body & Director of Education, BA (Hons) Primary Education (Physical Ed) QTS, NPQSL, NPQH 

Ryan worked for 5 years in main stream school and then worked in the local Pupil Referral Unit for 3 years before joining Meadow View in 2012. 

Jonathan Read - Proprietor, BA (Hons), PGCE, NPQH

Before starting Meadow View Farm School, Jonathan worked as the head teacher of a 5-14 short stay school catering for up to 60 children. He has worked in specialised BESD settings for the last 20 years and prior to this was a SENCo in a mainstream school.

Jayne Riley - Proprietor, BEd (Hons)

Before starting Meadow View Farm School, Jayne was the deputy head/SENCo in the same 5-14 short stay school. She worked in that setting for 7 years and prior to this was a teacher and middle manager in a mainstream primary school. She has also led a number of subjects including, literacy, ICT and PSHE.

Katie Simpson - Head Teacher and SENCo - BEd (Hons) Primary Education, QTS, NASEN, NPQH

Katie completed a 4 year BEd in Plymouth before relocating back to the Midlands. She then taught in mainstream for 9 years before joining at Meadow View Farm School in 2016. 

Ben Long - Deputy Head Teacher, BA (Hons) Primary Education (Physical Ed), QTS, NPQSL

Ben worked in mainstream for 9 years before joining Meadow View Farm School in 2016. 

Vanessa Cooper, Business Manager. MCIPD, DSBM

Vanessa has worked in Business Admin and Human Resources for a number of years and brings a depth of experience to the team. She will usually be one of the first people you speak to when you call the school.
